21st Century Rehab is pleased to announce our partnership with Wayne County Hospital in Corydon, IA for Physical Therapy Rehab Services effective October 1. “We are fortunate to have 21st Century join our team and continue to provide the high level of care and provide new rehab opportunities for our patients,” commented Daren Relph, Wayne County Hospital CEO. Physical Therapists, Eric Palmer, DPT and Lauren Plum, DPT will continue to be the primary physical therapists providing quality care for patients. We are happy to announce the addition of Andrea Banks-Knowles, PTA, to the staff.
21st Century Rehab celebrated 20 years of service to Central Iowa on June 26th. Steve and Michelle Cassabaum had a dream to move back to Iowa and in 1995, they were able to realize this dream. Steve the former President and Founder of ProRehab in St. Louis, MO knew that he and Michelle wanted to raise their family in Iowa near their extended family. They knew how much they wanted their children to experience the wonderful quality of life that they both enjoyed growing up in Rural Iowa. “We feel very blessed to have found our home here in Central Iowa and cannot imagine having any better place to work well, play well and live well.”
In June, 1995 21st Century Rehab, PC began contracting therapy services to Story County Hospital. Today, they provide service to 7 Critical Access Hospitals and operate 4 outpatient clinics and employ over 70 individuals. In September of this year, 21st Century Rehab was named “2015 Top Workplace in Iowa” by the Des Moines Register. 21st Century Rehab is a locally owned professional corporation owned by physical therapist. In 2007, Jason Horras, DPT become a partner of 21st Century Rehab, PC, followed by Clint Lutterman, DPT and Matt DeWall, DPT in 2008.
The success of the organization has hinged on the ability to provide a comprehensive suite of services in communities that we can be actively engaged and provide one on one individualized care that results in high customer and employee loyalty.
