WCH Welcomes 2014 New Year’s Baby Boy

Corydon, January 6, 2014: Wayne County Hospital is pleased to announce the arrival of the first baby boy born in 2014. Rowen Jesse Palmer arrived on Friday, January 3 at 8:37a.m. weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces and a total of 21 inches long. Proud parents are Eric and Beth Palmer of Corydon. Baby Rowen was welcomed by many members of his family including big brother Eli, grandparents, Doris Pollock, Beth and Gary palmer, and Marvin and Teresa Pollock; Aunt Judy Werts, and Uncles Bruce and Scott Pollock and Dan Palmer.

The family received a gift basket filled with items donated by community businesses including: Reflections by Gina, Snyder’s, Sweet Southern Sass, Gifts from the Heart, Breadeaux Pizza, Wayne County Hospital and D. Rush.
