(Corydon – September 9, 2013) The Wayne County Hospital and Clinics (WCH) Rehabilitation Services Department is celebrating National Rehabilitation Awareness week September 15- 21. The week is designed to promote the value of rehabilitation; highlight the capabilities of people with disabilities; to salute the professionals who provide service to people with disabilities; and to renew our nation’s commitment to fulfill the unmet needs of people with disabilities.
The WCH Rehabilitation Services Department provides rehabilitative treatment for a wide variety of conditions, including joint replacement therapy, adult and pediatric therapy, sports injury therapy as well as speech and occupational therapies for all ages. Our exceptional, skilled therapists help reverse disabling conditions and restore loss of function through individually tailored exercise programs.
