The Summit Award recognizes top performing facilities that sustain patient satisfaction in the top 5% for three or more consecutive years. Bestowed annually, the Press Ganey Summit Award is the health care industry’s most coveted symbol of patient satisfaction achievement. Wayne County Hospital’s Emergency Department is just one of 23 Emergency Departments in the nation to receive this prestigious honor.
