Description:
This individual has oversight over cardiac rehab program, infection control and prevention related activities within the organization and will also be responsible for all functions of the employee health program and for providing clinical employee health services and help in the case management area.

Qualifications:
-State of Iowa RN License
-BLS required
-5 years of nursing experience required
-Infection control and/or employee health experience preferred
-Mandatory Reporting certification required within 6 months of hire
-Must pass background check, physical, drug screen, and TB Test. Flu shot (seasonal) and COVID vaccine required or religious or medical exemption must be submitted and approved.
