Wayne County Hospital has a part-time Customer Service Representative position open in our Walk-In Clinic. This position will be evenings, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:00pm – 10:00pm. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between all patients, staff, providers and visitors, including greeting patients and visitors; providing coordination of all aspects for patient registration; answering phones; maintaining high attention to patient privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required, or if high school student, must be within 2 years of completion. Basic clerical skills required; healthcare experience and customer service background preferred; Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills with a high attention to detail required. This successful candidate will maintain a neat and professional appearance, be a team player, and ability to anticipate the patient’s needs before they are asked. Punctuality and attendance is required. Wayne County Hospital is an affiliate of MercyOne.
