Wayne County Hospital offers work study programs and some employment opportunities to High School students. It is our belief that we have a responsibility to help young people in our community to further their interest in the field of healthcare. Working side by side with our exemplary staff provides valuable first-hand experience and helps when the time comes to make career decisions

Wayne County Hospital partners with Indian Hills Community College to provide clinical rotation opportunities for both LPN and RN programs. We welcome this training opportunity and look forward to helping each student gain experience during their time with us.
