Wayne County Hospital strives to provide a competitive package for employee benefit programs for its eligible employees.  A variety of benefits are provided to both part-time employees customarily working a minimum of 24-35 hours per week, and full-time employees customarily working 60 hours or more per pay period.  These benefits are generally categorized as health/security, employee services, social insurance and pay for time not worked.  Such benefits are integrated into the Wayne County Hospital pay plan to provide a comprehensive total compensation package that helps our employees stay healthy, feel secure and maintain a work/life balance.  Some benefits may require employee contributions for participation.
