Corydon, March 25, 2016: Effective April 1, 2016, Wayne County Hospital (WCH) has partnered with Medical Appeals & Reimbursement Specialists, Inc. (M-A-R-S, Inc.) to provide assistance to our Business Office in managing patient financial accounts.
M-A-R-S, Inc. representatives will be the point of contact for WCH billing questions and will be contacting you directly to review your account.
WCH is committed to providing exceptional care and service for our patients. While the healthcare industry is undergoing major changes with new payment regulations, we find it necessary to develop new financial policies to keep in line with new governmental regulations/oversight.
This partnership is designed to improve the opportunity for you to discuss your patient account resolution options, and resolve any questions you have about your patient account with WCH. M-A-R-S, Inc. representatives will be supporting the WCH Business Office by making outbound calls to patients, taking inbound calls from patients, and assisting patients in finding the best option to resolve their bill.
