A graduate of Des Moines Technical High School, Ms. Stanley received her Associate degree in applied science, Nursing from the Des Moines Area Community College, Ankeny, IA; her B.S. in Nursing from Graceland University and her Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Clarkson College, Omaha, NE. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has received her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a distinguished member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and certified ACLS instruction. Ms. Stanley dedicated the last twenty years working primarily in critical care units of Des Moines area hospitals. Together with her husband, Bill, Ms. Stanley has raised five children. The Stanley’s now make their home in nearby Clio. |
